I have posted below Turkey's this year Eurovision Song, It has the potential:)) Well I don't know though, after so many ex-soviet Slavic speaking countries joining to Eurovision and voting in favor to eachother, how much chance do we have?

Heavy snowfall in UAE:))
I have been complaining last few days in my facebook that The weather has been very cold and I have been freezing here in Dubai but, everybody haven't taken me seriously, saying" oh yeah right Derya, in Dubai??" Here is the photos below we had Snow falls in UAE, That's why we have been freezing:)))
Ras Al Khaimah: Snow fell heavily on the mountains of Ras Al Khaimah on Friday night, leaving the Jebel Jais range covered in a thick white blanket of snow.
The extreme cold spell brought the temperature on top of the Jebel Jais mountain cluster, situated at a height of 5,700 feet, to as low as -3 degree Celsius on Friday night, as the snow blanketed an area extending over 5kms.

THE BIGGEST ROBBERY OF THE 20TH CENTURY
I am sure many of you may received such a email or information earlier. I found this map quiet disturbing... I still have the anger to Arab world doing nothing for Palestine because of their own interests except collecting humanitarian need, or sending money. I am putting such a posting again, because probably I can feel the anger and the Arab world opinion and interests better than anybody else who lives here full time. But it doesn't mean I am supporting what Hamas does though. People of Palestine elected them, to search for another way of solving the problems, bit like election held in Turkey.
So What is the biggest robbery of the 20th centery?
IS IT GOLD !!!! NO
IS IT DIAMOND !!!!!! NO
IS IT MONEY !!! NO
IS IT OIL !!!!!! NO
CAN YOU GUESS ?????

We will Not Go Down
I have received very nice email the other day from friend of mine. Michael Heart made a song for Gazza. I have put THE LINK .
What's happening in Gazze now is not fair and nice, but what makes me quite disturb is one of the picture in the Video. Why all those dead people on the floor wearing same Black Uniforms, are they some kind of warriors? As Israel was saying Hamas is hiding all the weapons in the Mosques and Hospitals with the young kids to protect them!..... Even so, at the end Hamas decision is costing Palestinian's lives.
Have a good and peaceful day... I have put lyrics of the song,
WE WILL NOT GO DOWN
(Song for Gaza)

A blinding flash of white light
Lit up the sky over Gaza tonight
People running for cover
Not knowing whether they’re dead or alive
They came with their tanks and their planes
With ravaging fiery flames
And nothing remains
Just a voice rising up in the smoky haze
We will not go down
In the night, without a fight
You can burn up our mosques and our homes and our schools
But our spirit will never die
We will not go down
In Gaza tonight
Women and children alike
Murdered and massacred night after night
While the so-called leaders of countries afar
Debated on who’s wrong or right
But their powerless words were in vain
And the bombs fell down like acid rain
But through the tears and the blood and the pain
You can still hear that voice through the smoky haze
We will not go down
In the night, without a fight
You can burn up our mosques and our homes and our schools
But our spirit will never die
We will not go down
In Gaza tonight

While everybody is freezing...

While everybody is freezing in Europe or rest of the world, we have sun shine everyday here in Dubai. The weather forecast everyday during month of January is +22 - 27 C during the day and +12 - 17C during the evening and early mornings. I have received above photo from my father inlaw in UK.

Meanwhile during the summer, we can not go out or even have fresh air between months of May to October as the weather becomes +40 - 55C (It never has been said or issued more than +45 C though. As per law if the weather C more than +45 C, workers who is working outside aspeacially have to stop working, anyhow some job employees have seasta hours between 13:00 - 16:00 hours). So we enjoy every day during winter:) We went to Picnic last Friday (official weekends Fridays-Saturdays). I have attached some photos from the day! But we are still missing the real cold, rainy, snowy days in winter time... We haven't really seen winter almost 5 years now, my kids doesn't have any winter cloths as we normally use all our holiday breaks during summer time. If we really want to feel the snow and cold weather then we visit Ski Dubai.
